How should it work?
Systems Architect™ describes an orientation towards making the way work happens clearer, more dependable and more repeatable. It is one of four independent Ability Types within the current Staffability model.
What the label does not mean
Systems Architect™ is not a job title. It does not mean someone must work in technology, operations or process design. It does not prove Capability or Competence in any particular discipline. Staffability is concerned with natural orientation rather than professional qualification.
Part of a wider profile
A Systems Architect™ score is interpreted as part of the complete four-Ability profile. Another Ability may lead, sit alongside it closely or appear at a similar level. Staffability keeps those relationships visible rather than forcing every person into a single fixed category.
