What is really happening?
Insight Navigator™ describes an orientation towards understanding what is really happening before settling too quickly on what it means. It is one of four independent Ability Types within the current Staffability model.
What the label does not mean
Insight Navigator™ does not mean someone is automatically more analytical, intelligent or competent than someone with another Ability profile. It does not determine occupation or job suitability. Ability orientation is only one part of understanding what a person may contribute.
Part of a wider profile
An Insight Navigator™ score is interpreted alongside the other three Ability scores. The relationship between the four matters more than turning one score into a fixed identity. Staffability is designed to preserve the broader profile rather than reduce someone to one label.
