How do we get it moving and completed?
Delivery Accelerator™ describes an orientation towards turning sufficient clarity into useful movement and completion. It is one of four independent Ability Types within the current Staffability model.
What the label does not mean
Delivery Accelerator™ does not simply mean working faster, being more productive or being better at execution than someone else. It does not prove Competence. It is not a judgement of work ethic. Staffability separates natural Ability orientation from learned Capability and demonstrated performance.
Part of a wider profile
A Delivery Accelerator™ score only becomes meaningful in the context of the other three Ability scores. The Staffability profile keeps all four visible so that one Ability is not treated as the whole person.
